In a continual effort to not only change the landscape of OCR and continue the charge to RIP people off the proverbial couch of inactivity, Spartan Race Founder and CEO, Joe De Sena, has created another avenue to spread the Spartan lifestyle. Spartan UP! The Podcast was launched on January 6th 2015 with the intention of sharing the Spartan message of real life change that can occur from stepping up to obstacles both on and off race course.
